Cold

its late october. and its gotten so cold. ive never liked the cold honestly. maybe its because i was born in the summer. or maybe its because the cold makes my eyes water. or maybe its the overall atmosphere. its beautiful, sure, i love seeing my breath in the cold and how everyones cheeks get flushed pink.
but, i dont like the cold emotions. suddenly, its so easy to be sad and alone. its so easy to just want to stay in bed and ponder when it’s cold.
but the cold is beautiful, and i want to see it. so i try to get up.
