Bus Girl
She is the girl who was silenced
Her voice taken away,
She couldn’t fight
the snake or else she would break.
She looked out the window, with tears in her eyes,
Wondering why, just why she couldn’t speak
Whenever the snake arrived, it took her spirit away
Eventually her world looked bleak.
As the chain bounded her to her place,
using it’s power to take her charm
She fell into a daze,
and was harmed in so many ways.
She will not forget the chain around her neck,
nor will she forget her invisible scars, she will
not forget her invisible cries.
She will speak for those who couldn’t
And spread her wings in the sky.
She was the Bus Girl, now she’s a butterfly.
