The music was slowing, and the song was almost over, but we couldn’t stop dancing. The word was coming to an end. But not for everyone. Just us. We were sick and there was no time left. Wanting to get away from everything. Driving away listening to music. Wanting this moment to last forever. Getting out of the car we saw flowers. Watching her run through the flowers laughing, I joined. Soon we stopped laughing. Knowing life was going to end. Turning on our favorite song. The music was slowing, and the song was almost over, but we couldn’t stop dancing.
