It’s unsettling 

It blinds me and I like it 

I crave it, exciting 

My heart thumps

I don’t give in to their expectation

It’s never a give and takes

Push or pull

I’m not giving any tension

The string pulls me 

I’m led by it 

Being Strong is not my responsibility 

But it is what they expect
