Oh the Hectic Chaos
Hectic Chaos
All sorts of shoes scraping and clunking on the concrete
Blaring car horns come from every angle
Honk, Honk, Honk
The smell of dung and body odor control of air
The distant singing of a street performer is heard singing Adele
Swearing and arguments from the local coffee shop diverting everyone’s attention
Oh the chaos
Caw Caw
Birds sending bombs down to the floor
Not knowing what will happen next
Covered in graffiti and stickers
Oh the hectic chaos
Bark, Bark
I am now being urinated on
All this water inside of me waiting patiently to come out
Oh the chaotic life of a fire hydrant

I am a senior from Timberland High School. This poem was a creative writing piece I submitted. I enjoyed writing and reading it.
