The Sun and Moon
Silver hair glowed in the indigo night
Aquamarine eyes as clear as crystal
Her sapphire gown shifts as featherlight
She was always cheerful since young
She would seize the moment to make any companion
However, they would only appear for small amounts of time
She felt lonely and abandoned
Her struggle would be soon overcame
Vermillion hair burned at the single touch
Chocolate eyes dark as the boundless space
Her amber robe flows as butterscotch
Her powerful shoulders showed grace
The sunlight would respond with small answers
Regardless the moonlight would speak to her happily
The sunlight only listen with delight for hours
As time went on, the sunlight would talk actively
The moonlight had finally someone to be at her side
Yet she felt troubled since she did notice something strange
She felt the candles seemed to dwindle from the inside
More stars rotated, the sunlight seem estranged
The flames had withered such as a winter night
The time with one another had become shorter
If asked if she was rotting, she denied
Until she seemed disordered
She tried to hide but failed
Then, the flames were nowhere to be found
