Garden Mind
You plant your seeds in the dirt of my mind.
You and everyone else I meet.
We interact and you fertilize your seeds,
flowers, trees, vines, and weeds.
I am acquainted with the sun,
as she and I help you bloom.
Precipitation pampers my parched physique,
watering those who rarely speak.
I watch you sprout,
and yank you out
if you ever decide to be a pest,
as I will never tolerate infestive guests
in my garden of a mind.
