Pull back the curtain

             To see

        The rain falling,

              falling,

              falling

         Dreary and grey

           as I look out

              Puddles,

                drip,

                drip,

               falling.

        Why must rain fall?

           Grey, wet, sad

     But pull back the curtain!

    See the beauty all around!

The sparkles of rain drops on the trees

      The sun, now peeking out

             RAINBOWS!

The author's comments:

I don't like rain.

Everything is always muggy, and grey, and drab.

But I saw a rainbow yesterday.

There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature—the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter. —Rachel Carson

I like this, it shows that even in something that you may not like or that may be miserable, you can always find something positive from it.

@SparrowSun

It wasn't actually a specific shape, I just randomly made things harder for myself for no reason whatsoever

Now that I think about it, it seems to be a waste of time :/

Oh well

"It Will Be Good." (complicated semi-spiritual emotional story.)

"Upon his bench the pieces lay
As if an artwork on display
Of gears and hands
And wire-thin bands
That glisten in dim candle play." -Janice T., Clockwork[love that poem, dont know why, im not steampunk]

what were you trying to communicate with the shape? i assume you were trying to say something bc you used spaces to center it.
