Kids are funny. 

They wish to have broken bones 

Just so their friends can write on their obnoxious neon cast. 

They wish for their eyesight to be bad 

So they can wear glass discs wrapped in plastic as an accessory. 

They pretend the floor is lava 

So they can jump on the furniture knowing full well their parents will yell at them later. 

They will put on a fashion show 

So their dad can give a monotone reply while he moves his head trying to watch the game.

They will stom to their rooms after getting yelled at 

Just so they can slam the door but stop it right before it slams into the frame. 

They will refuse to take a jacket 

Just for them to be freezing and have their moms give you an "I told you so" face.  

Kids do what they want and live through the repercussions 

But kids are happy...
