dreams

there are things i do not dare to speak
these words on paper are the last vestige of my honesty.
but i do hope and i do dream
I want to carve my name on that great edifice of Human History
I want to see some concrete evidence of the difference I’ve made
there is a time and place for dreams
and god, do i hope i find mine.
