Air
Life goes on
The pain lives on
Day in and day out
I flow through life
I flow past rivers overflowing with plastics,
I flow past trees dying with their leaves dried out,
I flow past humanity striving for an excellence never to be reached,
I flow past birds perching on power lines instead of branches of trees
My distress continues,
My unhappiness elevates,
Second by second,
I fall victim to my inner rage
I blow past cities, unleashing my inner fury
I blow past mountains, making the smallest of shrubs tremble
I blow past oceans and seas, creating ripples of chaos
I blow past the starry skies, creating a display of anger
Finally my anger dissipates
I return to the way I was,
Leaving behind traces of my anger,
I return to the way I was
