Melodies of reconciliation and sorrow echo from the hills

Is it the birds or the trees that make the sound?

The winds go roaring by, through fields of  grass and moss,

Is it a storm brewing after the seasons fade?

A flock of birds flies over the hazy lands, onto its destination

Is it a journey of the present undertaken for the future?

Hazy beams of sunlight fall on the ground, lighting  it up

Is it a step taken towards light and a step away from darkness?

A shadow falls upon the base of a hill, obscuring it

Is it a test of amenities nature has at its disposal?   

A day comes when men no longer dominate nature

Is it the day nature is finally free?
