Burning in Depression
Im like a fire,
Starting as a little flame,
Nothing more
Nothing less.
Filling you with
sorrow
Slowly blooming to be
A passionate flame
gradually destroying you
For you are already
Broken
I will overwhelm you
Burn you with your own
Weakness
For even the strong oak,
Can be burnt down

I have personally suffered from depression for over 5 years and it honestly consumed every part of my life, even now it still does. This whole poem is a metaphor from depressions point of view.
