Society
Wake up at 5
School at 7
Lunch at 11
Leave at 3
Get home at 4
Eat dinner at 5
Shower and bed by 8
Repeat.
Everyone is told and taught the same
2+2=4, 8+8=16, etc…
Uniforms are sometimes required.
No freedom
No expressive opportunity
Sit up and Listen
Hear and repeat
Single file line
Shirt tucked in, khaki’s with a belt
Black shoes, white socks, and laces
Taught to listen to others
The opinions and hatred.
We’re like machines
Working from 9-5 just to get by
Expecting and waiting for the paycheck
We thrive from others opinions
What if i get judged on these shoes,
Socks are too long for them,
My jacket is only $10.
No one should care.
We should each get treated differently,
Everyone has different genes
Everyone has different thoughts,
Actions, everything.
Everyone is unique,
Everyone has their own way of everything
Everyone should be free to be them
Everyone should learn differently.
Because everyone’s opinions matter.
