Her
She runs to her room
Crying, she held it in
For days she stayed quiet
Until she broke
She broke from pressure
She broke from the pain
She broke, because
She couldn’t handle it anymore
She talked to her friend
Told her what was going on
Little did she know, her friend knew
Knew, she was crying herself to sleep
Every. Night.
Her friend, tried her best
To help her, every day
She told her “I love you”
She took care of her
She loves her
Her friend, takes away
The pain, drama,
Things at home,
Brokenness, and
Judgement,
She knows
She wont be judged by her
She won’t be criticized by her
She won’t be left,
Because she, has
Someone who cares
Little does she know,
Her friend, is helping her cry
Her friend, prays,
Thinks, and feels for her.
She takes a bullet
So she doesn’t have to
They are best friends
They know about each other
They know, one gets hurt
The other is there for them
They know, the other will cry for them
Spend the night texting for them
Spend sleepless days,
Listening to them
They know,
They can count on each other
Because they, they,
Are the definition of Friendship
