The Beach
A sea of grains
We call sand
I stand upon
Dipping my feet
I feel relieved
Through the warm grains
I move on
A mountain of salt
Mixed with water
We call
The Ocean
Cooling my feet
It splashes
And whirls creating a graceful dance
Out of the water
The sun bakes me
And breaks me
Begging me to go back
As I rush to ocean’s shore
I take a sudden stop
Found in every size and color
We call Seashells
Embedded into the sand
The Ocean’s treasure
Is found
