A woman in a small town
Phenomenal, is she
To bail herself free
And do whatever she may please
She smokes a cigarette under the purple moonlight
A not so savory way to spend time as a woman,
Her cigarette smoke blows into the night sky
Leaving her strength and ambition behind
She creates a rough outer layer to protect her wholly
From the patriarchal society that brings her misery
