summer is the ocean breeze
the sand under your toes,
on late night walks,
the moon saying hi,
every night.
summer is the sunrise,
and the sunset.
The rainbows in the sky,
as the sun says goodbye.
summer is the dark skies,
the stormy nights,
the staying inside movie nights,
the salt in the air,
the sun in your eyes,
the warmth all around.
summer is the falling asleep under bright stars,
after the colored sky turns to grey,
and the world around you,
falls asleep by your side.
