You’ve brought me underneath your wings made of paper
Creating trails of blossomed ink everywhere we went
Black ink producing the colorful year that cascaded me in the cocoon of fate
You’ve all made the change in my life that I’ve been searching for
I can now smile and pick up this pen, calling myself a writer
It brings me to tears that some of you will put your pens down after this journey
But this tribute will be to those who will put their pens up, or whom have already have
Thank you for carrying me.

I didn't expect to join my creative writing class and meet all the amazing people in there. 99% of them are upperclassmen, and I don't know if they'll be writing any more, so I wanted to thank them for inspiring me and pray that they keep writing as they go into college, or take another class next year.
