Favorite Quote:
life's not about waiting for the storm to pass,
its about learning to dance in the rain.

Black and white city

The city had no color.

The city was a sad and bland.

The city sat under the cursed cloud,

The cloud that took the color.

The cloud looked like a storm cloud but it never

Rained,

It never moved.

It just lingered.

In its shadow there was no color.

In the city,

Under the cloud,

In its colorless shadow,

It smelled of petrichor*,

It smelled of tears,

It smelled sad.

THen…

The cloud moved!

It blew away,

Giving the city back its color.

Suddenly it

Smelled like flowers,

It smelled like sunshine,

It smelled like laughter.

The people in the city laughed

And rejoiced,

The people danced and played.

The city was full of color.

The cloud moved on,

Looking for its next victim,

And in its shadow,

There was no color.
