Healing scars

Hugging my knees,

Hiding in the dark corner.

The long, scary path to my desk,

Filled with dusk,

Reach out for a pencil, a piece of blank paper,

Stretch out my scars.

Sunshine clusters my body,

So hot, like an iron,

Hurts.

I hear ocean waves, nobody else.

I collect shells in the wish bottle,

A monster comes out of the sand,

His shadow covers me.

Keep breaking, crashing, falling,

Down to the endless hole.

Looking for people of the same kind,

Longing to feel belong.

Black and white,

I stuck in between.
