Work until your idol becomes your rival

We live in a

city of lies

city of cries

city of hurt

city of pain

state of misfortune

state of anger

state of unacceptance

state of not being free

world of poverty

world of hatred

world of not caring

a world of not caring for others and their well being

of not caring who has a home and who doesn't

of not caring who ate everyday

of not caring for sick

all the things people can do yet they sit there

sit there watching tv on there $9,000 television

sit there and eat their hot meals at expensive restaurants

eating hot meals others don't have the pleasure of eating

everyone notices the things they have and what others don't

so they give

they don't give useful things

but what they do give is pitty

the pity nobody wants

it feels good to give pity but not to receive

the pity that won't put clothes on one's back

the pity that won't put food in one's belly

the pity that won't put shelter over one's head

the pity that won't give one health

yet we sit there and pity and enjoy our things while others suffer.

Well you can take your puty and shove it right up your pants cause nobody wants it.
