soaking in the history, culture, and foods.

My dad held me, I stood. He let me go, I fell. He taught me, I skated.

The ice screeches as my blades cut through it like a knife.

I am from a family of chefs, from the shores of Lake Ontario to the town of Hartland,

the barbeque smoke infusing the meat

where family, friends, food and fun unite.

I am from a history of giants with cousins reaching 6’5”,

while I am stretching to hit 5’9”,

praying my growth will explode!

I am from a family of entrepreneurs,

we build it, cook it, or sell it,

I believe my path as a business owner has been sealed.
