If only the sun were cold

Still bright and beautiful

The sun gives us hope

It lights up the day

If the sun were cold

I would go touch it 

And be the star the world wants and needs to see

If only leaves could fly

Be independent

And not have to worry about being lifted or smushed

By people on the streets

If only the could be free of their tree

And go wherever they want to be

I would like to be a leaf

Fly in the wind

If only I could be a fish

And explore the depths of the sea

Not letting anything holding me back

And after I accomplished my goal

Be with the school of other fish

Always being lifted by the tides

And of what I had done
