The surf is rough
And the sand is stirred
And the tough sea birds
Are quite disturbed
Silence is drowned
And the thunder roars
And the lightning pounds
As the rain pours
But the winds they slow
And the sun starts to rise
And the light grows
In the blue skies
The waves are calm
And the birds are soothed
The palm trees sway
And the sand is smooth
The storm has passed
The breeze is warm
The water is glass
The waves do no harm
