Something small and sweet,
A plastic card that means more than what meets the eye
Hours of pounding our feet on the cement
Sweat beading off our forehead

Times when we believe we can’t do it
Days when we feel broken
Everything seems like it's falling apart

Months of training halted by injuries
It’s our duty to continue
We all made goals

Goals that will be crushed
There will be bumps in the road to success
We can't stop believing in ourselves
Were all harries ready for success

Before we can become great
We need to remember who we are
Some may know us as small and weak
That doesn’t matter
We are men who are ready to fight
for what we believe in
We know ourselves as

Ravens

I love it...this hits home because I run cross country. I know the pains of running. Great job!
