Life.
Sitting here, staying late up at night
Wondering about what’s wrong and right
All these ideas, trapped in my head
Driving me crazy, laying in bed
Wanting to speak and never to stop
This pen and this paper are all that I’ve got
So I’ll write and I’ll go wherever it leads
And hope on the way sleep doesn’t take me
Love’s in the air, choking my breath
Thinking of you ‘til there’s nothing left
Clouding my eyes, the picture of you
Hoping and wishing that I’ll see you soon
Your voice makes me smile; your smile makes me blush,
Put them together and it may be too much
Growing up fast, time’s flying by
Thinking about it just makes me cry
Treasure these years of carefree and youth
Know not to lie, and handle the truth
Don’t stop believing, don’t give up on tries
If you’re never crazy, how can you be wise?
