You'll Be The Death Of Me
The world is just a marble room,
So cold is the essence of death within...
My tears echo through its empty halls,
As the end of my life begins.
I hear as my tear falls to the floor,
I turn all about me but it's all the same...
Not a single thing upon the walls,
Not a person to call my name.
I wonder as I wander through this memory,
The time where I could smile,
I lay my head and close my eyes,
I enjoy this silence for a while.
Don't take me away from this deathly hall,
Just leave me here to the fate thats coming...
I hear your footsteps walking away...
My funeral tune I begin humming...
The sound carries through the marble stone,
The drum beats are echoed tears...
If only I could make them stop...
This heartache symphony in my ears.
