Lonely Viking
September 9, 2018
Across the northern sea and across the swirling waves,
A man sits and solely, silently waiting for death’s embrace.
His nordic beard twisted, braids tumbling down his face.
His eyes are blue as sapphires and his glare as sharp as blades.
He looks out his rotting home staring into the sea.
Yearning something else in life and wanting to be free.
