yet I regret what I do
passion should be pursued
yet I fear what my passion Is
every moment, live excited
yet every moment feels like a burden
every morning be delighted
yet I feel drained

Love your friends they tell me
yet my friends hate me
You get to decide the people in your life
yet I have no control over what happens to them
always be positive
yet every negative thing drags me down

never cry, they tell me
yet everyone always dies
and always try to do your best to be loved
yet no mater how hard I try I will not be noticed.

always look forward to what is ahead
yet how can I look forward while everyone else is still
