The racecar sped away
Slowed down next to us
But was still a blur

The driver raised his hand
Sporting a watch worth 600 dollars
Frayed nylon swayed with his wrist
The goodyear emblem covered his face
Stitched into his soul

I couldn’t sense him through the advertisements
Name’s Coca Cola Nike
That’s all I heard

Through the tornado of icons
That cloudy the air
Formed a web of the 21st century
Label, label, label
Smog’s providers and your destination

The racear sped away
It crashed
Took your life and mine

At the price of a Coke Zero
