Spring is Sprung.
Through all the early morns of spring,
Though a chill may seep through the air,
But doth the scent wash 'way dispair;
'Tis a pleasure to hear the alarm bell ring.
And to awaken to such a glorious thing,
A thing that I would not likely spare:
To find thy morning sunshine there,
And hear thy winged creatures sing.
One must believe in Heav'ns above
To feel the April Showers' spray,
To feel the sun's rays on one's face.
One must believe in the truest love,
And feel faith upon the human race,
Upon each new and fresh spring day.
