The Timeless Tragedy
Over thousands of ages,
And countless times,
Our race has secluded
Themselves to their minds.
We wait for the answer,
And hold our breath,
Until the day,
That we receive our death.
Looking at each other,
Despising our own.
The wonderful beauty,
We hold never known.
So living is hard,
But we've got to try.
Because life is what we have,
When we want to die.
