Morning dew
Even though it is morning the moon is up in a fixed position. The sun is at the other side of me and is welcoming the day like a warm hug. The sky is a light blue with stretches of yellow laced throughout. I listen to what's around me and I hear birds singing a lullaby and the cold saying hello. I see the flowers that are left over and and the trees that are wet with dew. The dirt is old and dry like oatmeal and poyker plants poke out ready to scare someone. There is cracked cement and cars that rumble by. I see a crinkled up water bottle littering the soil.
