You with the eyes of the innocent may see the good,
The sun glistening on the river,
But I? I see different
The stormy night washes over the crumbling town
Those who live there breaking for quick escape
Families and lovers terrified of what just occurred
Herd of bodies rushing up mountains
Finding somewhere to go
A place to start a new beginning
Dark contrast of color consumes the river blue
Angry waves build up power ready to explode
Engulfing those
