The Ocean
he slips poppies into your veins. here. you could use this. it’s cold, too cold cold cold, but hothothot hellfire burning as he rips your roots from the ground. goodbye, continence, hello, inebriation. boil the tar, watch it bubble, mix the sugar crystals into your burnt tea with a trusty silver spoon. battery acid charges you up tab after tab sending you reeling. you are alice and he is the white rabbit’s vivacity, mad hatter’s insanity, and red queen’s ferocity. take me higher. take me to new heights i've never been before. paint me picasso, but don’t draw me dali as i melt in clocks. time is fleeting but he is here to stay. stay with me. stay stay stay. drink me eat me—but don’t leave me
