A loud Crash in the door
Breaking a sheet of diamonds
1haking and trembling
Never ceasing to think
Wishing it was not real
Hoping it was my imagination
Hiding under my quilt
Just like a turtle in its shell
Thinking of my fear
Running down all the steps
A loud bang chasing me
Like an executioners drum-roll
Turning the knob
As the wind blew away my hope
