Mama Said

I was born with a face
As red as the devil
Which isn’t much of a surprise
since, my mama is Satan.
My memory isn’t that great.
my sister told me,
because she actually has good memory,
when she saw my red face, she cried
Must have been sad
finding out I was the chosen one
chosen by mother
and not her…
Enough talking about the past.
I’ll soon be 18,
but I know I’m still the chosen one.
Because my mama told me.
“No matter how old you are,
you’ll always be my baby.”
It’s not so bad being the youngest

My mother has always been such a huge inspiration in my life helping and supporting me with everything I do. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it wasn't for her. I love her very much.
