You Are My Love
How can time itself become magical?
When does the heart really live?
Why is someone so special to us and not to others?
Why does your smile give me more pleasure than anything else ever does?
How do you brighten my day, even when my life itself seems dark?
You are the start
You are the end
The love of my life, in every where and when
These words mean little
I know
How can I express, the vast emotions you arouse
How can I express, when my own heart is taut
With your love and care
You have left me bare
Yet I do not feel cold
The warmth of your love still tingles
And I feel well
Yet I want to see you again
My eyes want to worship your face
My hands want to caress your hair
My lips are thirsty to touch
And my heart is thudding too much
Such is the condition you have impaired
For years now I have cared
For you and for your soul
May we be together some day
For eternity and after
For now, I will cherish your laughter
Your smile and your beautiful eyes
Before I say too much and digress to petty lies
I must stop my pen
And surrender myself back to our sad times once again.
