Calling All to Order
I feel right,
But everybody tells me that I'm wrong.
I can't feel such a way,
And still keep my feelings at bay.
It's ridiculous, they said.
As they laid me down to bed.
It's an outcry for help, they screeched.
Before they had my tongue fully bleached.
What's outrageous is their ideals.
They're deep-rooted and misplaced.
What's unfathomable is their appeals,
As though they're the judge ready to give a verdict for the disgraced.
