Justice by Their Account
The watchmen stalk us with their eyes,
They stare and they stare,
And scream the fie of all fies.
The watchmen made their own justice,
Was it correctly aligned?
Probably not; it was far from bliss.
Rorschach defied the norms,
And followed justice to its core.
Maybe people will one day learn how not to conform,
To the climaxing pressure that’s suffocating all deviance out,
Out from this prolonged and agonizing drought.
