Our Friend Ship Is Real

I'm sitting here thinking about the past,
Hoping in the future our friendship will last.
We have been friends for a sort of short period of time
And been through a lot, even so, we're just fine.
I've seen a lot of people come and go.
Saying and doing whatever-careless, you know?
Thats why your friendship means so much to me,
when I'm with you I feel secure, whole and so free.
Free from those who won't be around, When times get tough, and I am down.
you'll be there for me and understand how I feel,
Because we both know our friendship is real. :]
