Speak only Lies and say them sure --
Defeat in knowledge hides
A Lie’s deceitful sides;
As comfort to the children brought
With description sly,
Lies must assure repeatedly
Or every man be wise --

I wrote this poem for a class in school. It was a poem that was supposed to portray the opposite meaning of a model poem of our choice but we had to use the same formatting and rhyme patterns. My model poem was "Tell All The Truth" by Emily Dickinson.
