There are many types of lies
For this all of us will sympathize
Everyone lies it’s not a surprise
The reasons unknown
Be careful or your cover will be blown
We lie to keep the truth un-shown
One says that white lies hurt no one
For they are all in good fun
Not true when it’s said and done
Big lies are unwise
We use these as a disguise
You may succeed after many tries
If you’re not careful you may find
That lying is part of your daily grind
For lies is what you will hide behind
