Robotic Living

Ever thought there was more than just mundane routine,
depriving your being of extra ordinary feats?
Perhaps this is a world lined with surmounting potential
an ability to understand something divinely exceptional,
beneath these stone cold walls of society
blocking us from any remote comprehension,
lies a world built on a mountain of belief,
should provide us with some sort of relief.
ignorantly we shut off our eyes to this blaring escape,
ignoring this as even a possibility
shuffling back to our mundane measure
enjoying all this physical pleasure

I literally live by your words. I totally feel like I'm being deprived of my extraordinary feasts by mundane routine!! I can relate 100%

This poem is very powerful. It addresses ones belief in G-d, or any greater power in the world. It tells people to open their eyes, and embrace the world, and what is around them. This author has done it again! Her words are like an arrow straight to my heart.
