Bösendorfer
Smooth black keys on ivory white,
And a ringing from my hollowed inside,
A hallowed inside.
Deep notes resonating within,
Without,
Bringing me out,
All coming out.
"A Böse is a friend," she says.
No chord above the rest,
But everyone a new contest,
To the already twinkling, ringing and
screaming.
Hider under my quiet voice,
Not so quiet,
When you teach me to sing;
Let us sing,
Trusted friends hand in teeth.
Tell me all,
Your most guarded secrets,
So carefully kept secrets,
'Cause I'll never tell.
Though not quite alive,
We know how alive,
Living creatures in line,
To be me.
"A Böse is a friend," says she.
