Untitled
To see your back blur before my eyes,
My heart’s door ajar,
My soul peeking through to see if you’d come back in,
The weight of my body drawn down with perplexing shock,
It makes me wonder.
All at once,
I want to hold you,
Shake you,
Make you feel the pain of my subjective stitches slowly tearing apart.
One day,
I will explode.
Sadness,
Happiness,
Love,
Hate,
Will all come as one.
It will swallow me whole,
Either turning me for the better,
Or worse.
Until then,
I’ll watch you go,
My heart’s door ajar,
My soul sitting,
Waiting to see if you’ll ever come back in.
