"The Cold December"

Once my feet hit the ground it conjures up familiar sounds awaken feelings dormant found of this little homesick town
Frozen words hang in the air as my heart grows warm despair
for this crack is no repair as life shows proof it is not fair
From embraces feelings soar distant places I deplore no other I long for than from the country I was bore
Leaving seems a painful venture the leaves and tree's change my temper disarms the guard of a roaring ember as I say farewell to the cold December.
