A lonely chess piece
A simple little thing
The game will never cease
Until they corner your king
A sad chess piece
So pale and white
Waiting for the game to cease
Surrounded by darkness so bright
We are all pawns
The chess game is fate
You’re in it ‘till you’re gone
Or you get a check mate
