Not The Only One

I am on the ground
impossible to reach up.
Look down on me
as I look up.
I cannot stand it
because you're no better.
You think you're perfect
I think never.
They think you're something,
to me you're nothing.
If you were able to observe yourself from my eyes,
that is when you seize to relieze
you are nothing but a life of lies.
I am not the only one
with a tampered life.
I am not the only
with plenty to hide,
within the shadows
of the back of your mind
is all the things
you manage to disguise.
